Once we have clarity, we turn it into a sharp and structured script built to land. You'll review it, we'll refine it together, and nothing moves forward until we're both confident in the story.
PHASE 02 — DESIGN
This is where the story becomes visual. We design key frames that define the look, feel, and rhythm of the video, from art direction to composition, transitions, and pacing. Think of it as a blueprint for the final piece. You'll see exactly where we're headed before a single frame is animated. Feedback happens here, where changes are fast and painless.
PHASE 03 — ANIMATION
With a locked storyboard, we move into production. This is where craft meets precision, every movement, every transition, every detail is built to feel intentional. We work through the video methodically, sharing progress along the way so there are no surprises.
PHASE 04 — DELIVERY
Once approved, we deliver the final files in the formats and resolutions you need, ready to go live across your website, social channels, ads, or presentations. You get the finished video, and we make sure the handoff is smooth and complete. No loose ends.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take between 4 and 8 weeks from kickoff to final delivery. A focused product video or feature explainer usually falls in the 4-5 week range. Larger projects like motion identity systems or multi-video campaigns can take 6-10 weeks depending on scope. We'll give you a clear timeline during discovery, and we stick to it.
How many revision rounds are included?
Every project includes two rounds of revisions at each major stage : design, animation, and sound. That means you have multiple opportunities to give feedback and refine the work before we move forward. In practice, because we align closely during discovery and storyboarding, most clients use one round or less. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds can be arranged at a pre-agreed rate.
What do you need from us to get started?
We keep it simple. At minimum, we need access to your brand guidelines (logo, colors, fonts), any existing assets (product screenshots, UI recordings, marketing materials), and a clear understanding of your goals for the project. If you don't have a script or storyboard yet, that's completely fine, we handle creative direction and scripting as part of our process.
How much does a motion design project cost?
Investment depends on the type and complexity of the project. A product video typically ranges from €8,000 to €20,000. Motion identity systems and multi-deliverable campaigns range from €15,000 to €30,000+. We provide a detailed quote after our discovery call so you know exactly what you're investing in before committing. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices.
Can you work within a tight deadline?
Yes. We've delivered high-impact videos in as little as 2 weeks when the project scope is clear and decision-making is fast on both sides. Rush timelines may involve adjusted scope or a rush fee depending on the project. If you have a hard launch date, let us know upfront, we'll build a realistic plan around it.
